Hello so when I try and open the sonic mania.exe with the mod manager loader installed it gives me a message saying 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application' and it doesn't open the game. This caused me to believe that I downloaded the mod loader wrong but on some other attempts of trying to. The Mod Manager. Every tutorial I've seen has a launcher + a mod manager used to enable the mod files. However when I boot from Steam on a Mac, it jumps straight to the game and the opening cutscene. No launcher, no Mod Manager, nothing. Generic Mod Enabler (jsgme) is a tiny tool specially made to help gamers seamlessly create a library out of multiple mods and activate them. It's wrapped in a plain and simple interface that reveals two panes for viewing the available and enabled mods, respectively.
By default, the application checks for game mods in a folder called 'MODS'. As informed by the developer, it's likely to cause conflicts if your game already has a directory named this way. To skip this risk, it's simply necessary to choose a different name for the mods folder.

Troubleshooting On Windows, you may need to admin rights to modify FTL's files: double-click 'modman_admin.exe'; or right-click the regular 'modman.exe', and 'Run as Administrator'.
